My holistic mental health practice, we believe that true wellness is achieved through a comprehensive approach that addresses the whole person – body, mind, and spirit. Our goal is to help you achieve optimal mental, emotional, and physical health so that you can live your best life.

  • Yoga Psychology: A mind-body approach that integrates yoga and mindfulness practices with evidence-based psychotherapy.

  • Problem Solving and Goal Setting: Practical tools and strategies to help you overcome challenges and achieve your personal goals.

 

Treatment Plan

I believe that every person’s journey to wellness is unique. That’s why I design an individualized treatment plan for each person that may include some or all of the above services. My goal is to create a customized plan that supports your needs, preferences, and personal goals. The length of treatment depends on the individual, the severity of the situation, and your personal goals. Sessions are one hour long and are conducted one to two times a week.

Fee

I understand that cost is an important consideration for many people seeking mental health services. I work on a sliding scale fee, and my services are covered by some insurance companies. Coverage by insurance companies is based on your individual policy.
